Mark Buckley brings a rare combination of cockpit experience and operator-level business discipline to airport growth. A pilot since 2019, he flies a Cirrus SR22T and works every day inside the same airport ecosystem his clients manage—hangars, FBOs, tenants, compliance, and the pressure to turn infrastructure into a stronger business.

For 25 years he owned and led Requordit as CEO. Requordit is a process and business-growth consulting firm that helped hundreds of companies and government agencies modernize operations. That work spanned software deployment, process redesign, government compliance, and software development. Those disciplines—clarity of process, measurable improvement, and systems that actually get used—are the foundation he now applies to his passion: aviation.

In 2019, Mark completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management (OPM) program. He used that education to build two products the market needed, CloudOCR and CloudPAYit, turning operational pain points into scalable solutions. That same product-and-process mindset is what he believes airports need most: not more activity for its own sake, but better systems, stronger tenant economics, and operations that can grow without breaking.

Mark is a member of EAA, COPA, and AOPA. He co-founded Airport Growth Partners to bring the business-solution approach he developed across private industry and the public sector to airport operators who want more reliable operations and a clearer path to growth.

Matt Harris brings a builder's mindset and an airport leader's perspective to aviation growth. A pilot since 2006, he is the Chairman of the Music City Executive Airport Authority Board. His experience as a pilot, airport tenant, business owner, and board leader gives him a practical understanding of airport operations from both sides of the equation—how airports are governed and managed, and how their decisions affect the pilots, tenants, and businesses they serve.

In 2009, Matt founded Brian Harris Homes and built it into the area's premier luxury homebuilder. His work has expanded beyond construction into land development, where he evaluates opportunities, assembles the right partners, and coordinates the many financial, regulatory, design, and operational elements required to move complex projects forward. That experience has shaped his ability to recognize opportunities, create alignment among stakeholders, and build organizations and operational systems that produce results.

At Music City Executive Airport, Matt saw firsthand the challenges airports face in managing leases, physical assets, tenant information, grant-compliance requirements, and day-to-day operations. He partnered with Franco Valentino, founder of Hangarly Software, to provide deep industry knowledge and insight to his development efforts. This resulted in Hangarly Software becoming a robust, easy-to-use, and practical solution to those challenges. Hangarly is designed to bring information, accountability, and organizational structure into a single airport-management platform.

Matt co-founded Airport Growth Partners to apply the same principles that have guided his work in construction, development, and airport leadership: understand the opportunity, bring together the right people and resources, create efficient operational flow, and build systems capable of supporting sustainable growth. His strength lies in seeing how people, processes, technology, and capital can work together to create stronger organizations and better-performing airports.
